Hello  :)

Are you sure that you followed each step regarding replacing the module on the assets manager page?  You might want to revert the upgrade to the step before removing Telerik and re-do that series of steps.  It sounds like something odd happened at that point.  🤔

My first check would be as well to verify that all steps on https://docs.dnncommunity...k-removal/index.html have been taken. If you just uninstall the old DAM and install the new file manager, that won't be enough as there will be references to the old DAM. With this procedure I have not encountered any issues.

If you are a 100% sure that you did all this (including the Telerik identifier as mentioned in the instructions part) , the next suspect would be old modules, either 3rd party or custom made modules that reference to Telerik. If you come from a long way back, you might even have the RADeditor set as wysiwyg editor which also depends on Telerik.

Thanks.

I ended up restoring the site back to 9.4.0 and then running the 9.11.0 upgrade again (a bit more focused this time)

Once updated i checked the site assets. Working ok I then ran the Telerik Removal tool. Removed ok and no dependencis stopping it I checked the site assets again. Working ok now

Something must have messed up on the earlier upgrade

Thanks again

Yeah, sometimes odd things happen, even if you know you did everything correctly.  Windows services, web requests, antivirus, etc.  Anything can potentially get in the way when you least expect it.

Thanks for letting us know it's working!  :)
