Upgrading from 7.2.1 to 9.2.2 DNNAjaxPanel error

Dear readers,

We are using dnn 7.2.1, when we want to upgrade tot 9.2.2 we upgrade in this order:

7.4.2

8.0.4

9.1.1

9.2.2

We do have to fix some of our extensions but that does not cause our issue. We go from a working 9.1.1 to a broken 9.2.2 with the following error:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Web.UI.WebControls.DnnAjaxPanel' from assembly 'DotNetNuke.Web, Version=9.2.2.178, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. --->

That is all the information we get when it fails.So this is a really strange problem. Is there any module/extension that needs to be update so that it wont use the AjaxPanel anymore.

Could be the documents module?

My first suspects are the "dynamic" modules. I think I have seen others post about upgrade issues.
Try upgrading those first. BTW, this looks like Evoq, right?
