Hi , I am running DNN 9.2.2 and need to upgrade to DNN 5. I believe I need to upgrade first to DNN 9.3.2, upgrade DNN Sharp Modules, and then upgrade to DNN 5.1.x. I am currently running on .NEt 4.6 . Will this work for upgrading to DNN 5?

I guess (and hope) you are speaking of DNN 9.5, and not DNN 5 :-)

You need .Net Framework 4.7.2 (or higher) for DNN 9.5.0 and DNN 9.6.0, I think you may install this before you upgrade, at least DNN 9.3.2 should work with .Net 4.7.2.

Thanks Michael - Oops sorry for the typo - yes I meant DNN 9.5. Thanks for the info.

Where can I find the best information about upgrading to DNN 9.5 , and what to expect?

One more question if anyone happens to know:
Since I am going for DNN 9.2.2 to 9.3.2 and then to 9.5, when should I upgrade .NET to 4.7.2? Currently running .NET 4.7.1.
In other words, if I upgrade to .NET 4.7.2 while still running DNN 9.2.2, (before upgrading) , will it cause any issues?

AFAIK you can do that safely before the upgrade
