Better support for users changing their password Started By ScottH I'm running DNN Platform 9.9.1, maintain 30 different portals, and have ~4,000 users. I often see users struggle with changing their password. I've updated the error message (in the language resources) so that it identifies the custom password rules we have. Regardless, some users still have problems and there's little useful information that DNN provides to the user to help them figure out the issue. DNNGO, digNuke and "Ventrian": When things go right, Started By Joe Craig We often hear about difficulties upgrading from out of data DNN installations, particularly when old modules need replacing and vendors have gone by the wayside. I have a client site that has been at DNN 7.3.3 since late 2014 and it needs upgrading. Badly! I was able to easily upgrade a DNNGo menu, digNuke's digForm module, and the open source version of Ventrian's old News Articles module. All are working fine with an upgrade to DNN 9.9.1. Create a side navbar Started By braelef I have a series of blog-like pages on my site. I'd like to create a unifying side navbar that links between these pages. Yes, they're in the top nav menu but it's unwieldy. I know how to make a side navbar in HTML and CSS. The case of the disappearing content Started By skadera Hi, has anyone else had this issue You start with a current page with content. You start to add an existing module to the page from some other page. You realize you chose the wrong module so instead of placing the floating box on the page you try to discard it. All the content on the page disappears. You check the version history, recycle bin, and the database, but the content is gone, just gone.
