 New guy on the block, I found where i can add roles but where do i go to allow new users to be placed in that role during registration Example would be like whats your profession Artist, Teacher, Bus Driver. Artist would get different access to areas of the website then the Bus Driver and vise versa.

 I updated from dnn 9.2 to 9.3 and noticed I could not get to the html editor manager. Not sure if the issue was present on dnn 9.2.  I updated dnn to 9.6.1 same issue, however, now at least I can access Customer Editor Options from the Text/HTML module itself. I have other DNN instance and it works fine.  My web.config file contains this       tried replacing it with this  but it got  worse, the editor would not open at all. So I went back to the ori...

3 Replies and 1370 Views Determine DLLs not in use     1370 3 Started by Leith I&39;ve inherited a 10 year old DNN instance that was at 9.2.2 and I&39;ve so far upgraded to 9.4.4 and we&39;re working on scehduling the next upgrade to the latest stable.  In working on the system the developers discovered we&39;re suffering from this issue because the RadEditor still lingers in the web.config and bin folder. https://dnncommunity.org/forums/aft/1128 In going to look into that I see DLLs going back to 2010 in the bin folder and lots of other DLLs for extensions...

Apx. 1 year ago, newly added PDFs stopped returning in search results. We&39;ve tried re-indexing content and re-installing the iFilter, but this hasn&39;t worked. Any other things we can try

The steps and lookups and passwords it takes to restart a given site is counter-productive.  Hi, I have a website with 3 languages. English = default German Dutch Suddenly the login on the dutch language (nl) does not navigate to the login page. English and German language works ok. I have a inspect snap shot of these below. The forum module default uses the DNN profile module.
