4 Replies and 246 Views Role Admin Not loading     246 4 Started by PamR Hello, we have an older site running on DNN 09.08.00 that I inherited from a previous developer.  Yesterday I went to make a change to the role configuration and discovered that the Manage menu has a link to nav_Roles instead of just Roles, and when you click on it it loads a blank screen.  Similarly, the Settings menu has a link for nav_Connectors rather than Connectors, and that also loads a blank screen.  All other admin menu items seem to be functioning normally.  Has ...

 I have installed the SSL certificate correctly.  I have specified force SSL in DNN. I can access a test HTML page on the site with https, but if I try to use https for the site itself, it reverts to http.  Any ideas

Unfortunatley the host site settings sections is not working so we altered the domain name in the following tables in the db (as well as some redirects in the web config file) PortalSettings (DefaultPortalAlias) PortalAlias (New Record) The site now gives 404.  Suddenly last night at about 9.20 uk time our multi portal DNN instance went down with the following error.  ourdomain.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS   It was working fine all that day and nothing we do to restore is making any difference, we tried going back to a snapshot from that morning, we also decided to roll back the database to a backup from the previous day.  We are baffled, to tell the truth.. has anyo...
