So out of nowhere my site is suddenly giving the error "A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details."

I cannot access the persona bar at all.  It worked fine two days ago, the last time that I logged in, and suddenly it no longer works.

DNN 9.4.3

I cannot find the full error text in the database.  Not sure where to look, but in the EventLog table, the LogTypeKey is PAGE_LOAD_EXCEPTION.

I am not sure where to go from here.  I can't login at all with any admin or above account.  All I get is this error.

Ok, I was able to find the EventLog View table. Here is the full error.

You must specify a non-autogenerated machine key to store passwords in the encrypted format. Either specify a different passwordFormat, or change the machineKey configuration to use a non-autogenerated decryption key.

I have no idea what this means, or why it would out of nowhere matter...
