Every page is locked in edit mode when logged in as Host user?

Look for a cookie in your browser dev tools named <code>StayInEditMode</code> and delete it. This is what keeps the persona bar in edit mode. Sometimes, when the opposite issue happens (for a seemingly similar cache/corruption issue), I add this cookie manually, and it gets me around things.

By the way, if anyone is trying to keep the persona bar in edit mode manually, add the cookie named above, with the value of <code>YES</code>. Then, refresh the page. If you're logged in with editing permissions, the site will be in edit mode for now on - until you close edit mode again.

The pencil icon is white in FireFox. Just installed FireFox, so there were no cached pages. I always use Chrome in "incognito" mode for development.
