Site Assets & Minify CSS, JS

If
Server --> Server Settings --> Performance --> Enable Composite Files = ON,   Minify CSS = ON,  Minify JS = ON
Then
Site Assets --> Resource Manager does not show anything

Are there any js errors in the browser console?

Installed a new clean one DNN 09.10.02.
Site Assets page, yes.

Congrats on posting!
I did not realize that there was a connection but you are correct. Turning off the composite files makes the resource manager available again.

You can install the module (which can be downloaded through the link below) to fix this issue.

After installing the module, you also need to click the Increment Version button on the PERFORMANCE page.
