Module Settings throws error after upgrade to 9.13.3

Actually - I think I figured it out. It must have happened when I was doing the Telerik removal. Looking at an earlier version of the web dot config , I see that the missing tag ( with key set as  ValidationSettings:UnobtrusiveValidationMode) , inside appSettings is just underneath one of the Telerik reference lines that were manually removed (by me) . I must have accidentally removed the line below, and cause the error. Here's a screenshot showing the webconfig (before  the telerik removal):
