Force Lower Case

I am working on a site built on DNN and the original developer used mixed upper and lower case letters on the page URLs. I was able to edit the URL on the page settings but if you enter a URL with mixed-case letters it does not redirect to the lower case one. Is there a way to force the URLs to lower case when opened in the browser?

In DNN 9 (persona bar at the left hand), you hover over the DNN logo. That will display the version.
In DNN 8. (admin bar at the top) you ca see the version in host settings.
