Could you provide a bit more information please?

What are you trying to do? What did you check already? What were you trying to do to solve this, but did not help?

Did you check if the application pool has access to the file "/DesktopModules/MyDataModule/View.ascx"?

I'll say this is a custom module and there is a problem with access to View.ascx; maybe they're jumping from local environment to production. :-/ More details will be more than appreciated!
