I rencently got administrative acces to a web site, the site was developed by another person now I want to mantain the site. I want to automate the site via ssh with a python app, I just want to modify certain images displayed on the site. The images are generated according some info from the users, then I need to refresh the image displayed on the site. Any sugestion?

I'm sorry Damian, but I'm afraid that you may need to provide us with a lot more information about how the images are being managed and displayed. Also, it's not clear what you want to automate.

Hello! My main interest is to update a couple images on my site, they are just kind of counters. My site is intended for uploading files to be proccessed by a certain algorithm. I want the site to display a graph of user statistics: once a job is received in our server a image showing the statistics of use is automatically generated and what I need is to update the image on the site with this new image. Hope that explains my needs...

It sounds like you may be interested in building a module that uses a backend API to update how it's displaying a counter(s) and/or image(s).  Is that right?
