Persona Bar disappeared

    I'm running the latest version of DNN.

    I was adding in some modules and the persona bar suddenly stopped showing up and i have trouble accessing the file management as well and i get the following error code:

    The Persona bar becomes like this:

    How can I fix this issue?

      An actual version number would be helpful. The "latest" version of DNN changed yesterday to 9.6.1. And besides, it's likely that someone may discover this thread months (or more) down the road.

      Can you check to see that the named library is installed in your DNN /bin directory?

          Does that mean that things have been fixed, or is there still a problem. Did you check to see if the library is there and which version?
