New Around Here

I am testing an upgrade of our sites to DNN 9.2.2, and have found that the Form Master 2008 module that we've used for many years will no longer work and is no longer updated.  I'm looking for a good alternative to this module.  The two primary uses are:

    • Contact form with querystring parameter so that a single form can be used for multiple contacts throughout the site.  We use a querystring (contact.aspx?CONTACTNAME=John Doe) to populate the To: field in the form results
    • Custom registration form that adds user to site, and allows some extra fields like business account number and options that the customer wants to enroll in on our site.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

OpenForm is a free and opensource: https://github.com/sachatrauwaen/openform
If you like this, you also like OpenContent :-)

Commercial module that is IMHO a bit easier and more versatile for non developers like myself is ActionForm (DNN Sharp) or Live Forms (Mandeeps)

When I need an open source form, I use OpenForm as Tycho mentioned.  If I have requirements for something commercial, I use Live Forms by Mandeeps.
