Skin not loading

    Hi Comunity, any ideas why the skin is not loading anymore at www.yohagoelcambio.org. This is the first time it happens to me. I'm not sure how to proceed. Check screenshot at https://we.tl/t-bb9cvI6Nz9 and the URL is www.yohagoelcambio.org.

      My guess is that the skin is loading just fine, but what is not loading is .js and .css files. Check the browser's Console window to see the errors.

      When I visit your site it redirects to http://www.yohagoelcambio.org/es-es/. I'd guess that the problem has something to do with the language fit. Unfortunately, I don't know much about that part, except that I've seen lots of posts over time about such issues. You might be able to check by temporarily configuring a test page on the site to use Xcillion. See it it works with that.

        Thanks for the quick response Joe, I tried to create a new test page using another skin but I wasn't able to select the skin with this new HTML layout. Do you know which table should I update in the DB in order to manually assign the skin I would like? Regards,

          Which version of DNN is this?

          Why could you not select a skin? Is it because the new page is created with the default skin?

          You'll find SkinSrc in the Tabs table.

            DNN version is: 07.04.01 (280) // I know I should upgrade to the lastest but this is a ONG and they don't want to expend money buying a new skin (specially in pandemic). The current one has some time now and if updating to the lastest compatibility problems might araise. As soon as I get approval from client I'll jump into the latest version.

            The field that I have in order to change the skin is not a dropdown anymore with this problem I'm facing that's why I can't change it from the GUI. check screenshot at https://we.tl/t-fQaiPwrLGQ

              Joe, I did find the js reference for treeview missplace (I assume this because I'm comparing code from the inspection tool in Google Chrome with other websites and the code doesn't look the same) is this possible? Check screenshot at https://we.tl/t-VZ7feihvIC

                Is this new behavior on an existing site? If so, what has changed? Do you have an older backup that works?

                  Joe, this is an existing site that was working. I haven't touch the files in almost 2 years. I do have a backup from last march 15th and I'm tyring to get this site back up in Temp URL http://globalode-001-site10.btempurl.com but it redirects to the official URL www.yohagoelcambio.org. I already updated the portal alias DB table and replace the "IsPrimary" Alias for English and Spanish but even do it redirects back to the official URL www.yohagoelcambio.org and I can't access the version of my backup in the Temp URL http://globalode-001-site10.btempurl.com. Any ideas what could this be?

                      Yes Sir, we just did 5 minutes ago. We run a restore for a clean backup. I really wanted to find the solution and not doing the restore bu the client push and we decided to go this way. At this point, the problem is resolved. Thanks for everything
