I believe I am experiencing a bug where the Rich Text Editor disappears after the page performs a postback.

I created a fresh install of DNN 09.09.01 and on the default home page, I went to Edit Content for one of the HTML modules. The Rich Text Editor(RTB) shows up with the content in it. I then go down to the combobox underneth it and select Basic Text Box. The basic text box shows up with the content written out in HTML in it. I go back to the combobox and select Rich Text Editor and the text box disappears and only shows a link for Custom Editor Options.

I have been unable to figure out the cause of this disappearing RTB, but our site also loses it when the page does a postback. Closing the Edit Content modal and reopening it brings the RTB back but as soon as there's a postback, its gone again.

Yes, I can reproduce this on a clean 9.9.1 installation.
