Problems logging into the support site

    I'm a DNN customer and tried to open a ticket. When I click on "login to the customer support network", page https://www.dnnsoftware.c...ss-Network does appear, and I get the prompt "Login to your account below". However, there is no login form. I'm using Chrome. Does anybody else encounter the same issue? Any workaround?

      Yeah, the website is pretty confusing to navigate. All of the support tickets now go through http://dnnsupport.dnnsoftware.com/. You'll use a different account for that than your main dnnsoftware.com account.

        You're a life saver. I know that I had submitted a ticket earlier, and that made it extra frustrating.
