DNN error SHUTDOWN is in progress. Login failed for user

    Hello, we have a website with 4 different portals. Portal /si and /en are already in production, /de and /hr are in progress.

    Last few days we have noticed that the content and main article pictures (easydnnnews) are missing, we add them again, and in few hours they were gone again.

    Today we first got the default error (application restared on its own)

    and in event log i found this

    Message:SHUTDOWN is in progress. Login failed for user 'XXXXX'. Cannot continue the execution because the session is in the kill state. A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.

    After this error, the content was gone. We only have problem with /de portal, /si and /en are ok.

    Did someone had this problem and how should we solve it?
