DNN.Authentication.SAML is a free, open source authentication provider for DNN.

https://github.com/AccordLMS/AccordLMS.SAML

Current Features:
- Login to a DNN site using a SAML identity provider
- Match your DNN Profile properties and User properties with SAML Claims
- Sync these values during a User login
- Creates and Syncs a new DNN User during login if it doesn't exist

Nice to Add:
- Create / Sync DNN Roles based on SAML Claims

Questions:
- how can I get this listed under the Community Extension Library?
- should I write a short blog to announce the availability?

Thanks,
Chris

Excellent - I think someone on the website team can take care of that being added to the Extension Library. Thanks for letting everyone know about the project! A blog would be fantastic!

Chris,

thanks for this great contribution to the DNN Framework!

Sure, please write a blog explaining the provider and what it is good for (to be true, I had to Google for SAML to find out what the Security Assertion Markup Language is :-))

Happy DNNing!
Michael

This looks fantastic and is quite timely as I've been doing custom variants of this for years.

Do you prefer GitHub issues to discuss features? Or possible Pull Requests?
