Files with the pptx extension are downloaded as .zip from an Azure Storage container. Started By Alejandro Hello everyone, I hope you are well. I'm using the Azure Storage provider, enabled the built-in Azure Storage connector, and then connected to an Azure blog storage location. Once the files are synchronized, when I go to download the files from my DNN site or with the URL provided by the FileManager, the pptx files are downloaded as .zip, if I change the .zip extension to that downloaded file and put pptx it opens good. I'm currently working with a website created in DNN and I am trying to get a popup onto the home page---I am currently using Popupsmart for ease of use, but I have tried to install the javascript code and popupsmart is not recognizing that it is installed. Changed portal alias giving 404 Started By Nutty About Hosting Hi, We need to change the portal alias (domain) for a DNN 9 site. Unfortunatley the host site settings sections is not working so we altered the domain name in the following tables in the db (as well as some redirects in the web config file) PortalSettings (DefaultPortalAlias) PortalAlias (New Record) The site now gives 404. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS Started By Stuart Suddenly last night at about 9.20 uk time our multi portal DNN instance went down with the following error. ourdomain.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS It was working fine all that day and nothing we do to restore is making any difference, we tried going back to a snapshot from that morning, we also decided to roll back the database to a backup from the previous day. Site Logo Not Replace Started By Alejandro Scotti Hello, I have an issue where the new site logo that I upload does not display, it continues to render the older one. DNN 9.12 SVG file format. Search in documents in DNN 9.11.0 doesn't work Started By Jan Meffert Standard search for Office PDF's doc's in DNN 9.11.0 doesn't work. I installed Adobe IFilter, but still no doc's where found. Default Menu: add menu item only as PARENT for child pages sub-menu Started By Alejandro Scotti Hello, I searched the forum for 'sub menu' and looked through 250 posts and didn't find the solution to my question. DNN 9.12. I need to add menu items only as a PARENT (not a page) for child pages sub-menu meaning that this PARENT menu item should NOT be clickable, only hoverable to display sub menu child items that click to those pages OR additional child pages. eg: 'My Pages' and 'Page 3' do NOT allow click to a page.
