Resource Manager - File Download

Hi, On my side, with the new Resource Manager of the v9.11.1, if I download file on my desktop that contains spaces, accents or special characters like parenthesis, the files are renamed with underscore at the beginning and at the end of files. For example: the file named “Create parent page (2).png” under the Site Assets renamed “_Create parent page (2).png_” when I downloaded. I can’t confirm if that affect the v9.11.0 because I tested the upgrade v9.11.1 from the v9.10.2. I would ...

Create roles with custom RoleID

Hi everyone. I need to create DNN roles with custom ids. I see that the insertion in the 'Roles' table is carried out by a store procedure which returns the value of the self-incrementing field which represents its key. I don't want to modify the DB, I would like to do it in an 'orthodox' way by writing a provider that allows all of this [CODE] SET IDENTITY_INSERT Roles ON; INSERT INTO Roles (...) Resource Manager: date formatting and file opening issue on 9.12.0 version

I want to add the date formatting on the 9.12.0 version according to the 9.10.0 version on the resource manager. also, file opening is not user-friendly on the resource manager, we need to copy the URL or download the file for open here. but we want to open the file with the click of the file.

9.12.0 CKEditor Crashes on Carriage Return CR

After updating DNN from 9.10 to 9.12 we are unable to use the CKEditor in several of our portals.  For some portals, the editor works fine.  In other portals, the editor window disappears as soon as a carriage return is entered.  If the 'Source' tab is selected then editing works -- but only in the 'Source' mode. No stack trace is generated in the console and I cannot find any associated error messages. Ideas

Core Modules Events Module

I use the events module latest version 7.0.7 But it appears that it uses telerik. When I run the telerik removal extension it say that events is using it. So is there another events manager that I have missed that removes the telerik  dependency. As I understand it I cannot upgrade to 9.12 until I either remove the events module or replace it with a version that does'nt need telerik. Regards Wayne

Hello all, I've been using this module for almost five years now, and I've seen that the vendor has gone missing. The domain www.smokeranch.com isn't responding anymore and the module is definitely obsolete and not compatible with DNN 9.11. Does anyone know about a good alternative for showing banners in DNN Thank you, Francisco

Hello, I am trying to use PARAMETERS IN DNN9/SQL View Pro but it wont work for me. select * from table WHERE C.STATUSPROV  = I have parameter setup called statusprov2   Here is the error message I am getting:  Query may be invalid! : Invalid character found in a character string argument of the function 'DECFLOAT'. SQLSTATE: 22018, SQLCODE: -420   Please help me if possible
