Resource Manager - deleting files

Yesterday I selected multiple files to delete using Resource Manager. DNN v. 09.11.01 It not only deleted the files but also deleted the entire CCimages folder. I was able to restore the folder but it didn't appear in Resource Manager. I added a folder with the same name of the one I restored and the folder along with the files it contained appeared. This morning I attempted to remove some more files from a different folder named Census, and the confirmation dialog box listed the folder that w...

Resource Manager - upload file types

Error: '.JPG' is not of a type that is allowed to be uploaded I receive the above error when attemping to upload a jpg file. I recently upgraded to v.09.11.00 (with the removal of telerik option)

CKEditor up to 4.5.4

FYI When I upgraded my DNN Platform from 9.2.2 to 9.10.2, my browser console (Developer tools) always got the following error when I was using the Edit Content of the Html Module: ckeditor.js:21 [CKEDITOR] Error code: exportpdf-no-token-url. I don't know if this error persist with the v9.11.x but to revolve the problem with my current version, I updated a specific setting in the Editor Config of the CKEditor Provider Settings. DNN Store

I noticed the DNN store https://store.dnnsoftware.com is build with Nop Commerce. Is there a way to migrate/connect DNN with NopCommerce so DNN user can login on NopCommerce. I'm looking for a SingleSignOn Solution like they did for Umbraco Thanks!

disappearing content

I am trying to insert a line of source code to call a widget, there other content on the same HTML module. When I switch from basic text to rich text the html line disappears. not sure what's causing it because we have been using widgets like these forever.  For example, the code below works we add text and image using Rich Text and we can include the code using Basic HTML text box. and we switch back and forth between Basic and Rich text.  tag --> See MENU & Order Table Reservation   ...

Search Results Configuration

Hello, I'm trying to configure our search results in DNN (v. 09.08.00) to exclude users.  I'm following the instructions at https://dnnsupport.dnnsof...nt-type-in-DNN-9-0-, but the options I have for 'Results scope for content type(s)' are entirely different, and I don't have an option for users.  The ones I have are: What would cause this difference, and are there any other options for excluding users Thanks, Pam

Upload Issue

I installed 9.11 Community.   I think I have the folder settings set correctly for a role we created.  The user can upload/delete files in the HTML module using the Ckeditor.  But for other modules (links, faq, 3rd party modules), they get the message: You don't have permission to upload files to this site. This is probably a very simple fix but I can't seem to figure it out.  I've searched the web and forum.  Found similar issues but not the same issue.  Thanks for your assistance.
