I have a couple of sites in DNN8 which are made with the porto skin. I cannot edit the html modules anymore.
I really do not know how this happened. I hope someone can help me.

First: Welcome to the DNN Community! I don't know the porto skin, but your direction could be right, that it is a skin problem. Have you tried contacting the vendor for an upgrade? If this is not an option there are many around here who are really great in skinning (me not, sorry), so I am sure that there will be some help. Could you have a look in the Eventlog and/or browser console (by pressing F12) if some errors appear there when you do it and post them here? That could be helpful. Happy DNNing! Michael

The first thing I would try is add a test page, set a different (edit) skin (Xcillion) for it and see if editing does work. If it does it's a Skin issue. Because Skins like Porto include a lot of JS, these kind of issues can arise when your browser is updated for instance. An upgrade of the Skin could fix that. (If that's the reason)
