4 Replies and 2441 Views Error loading smtp server tab     2441 4 Started by BalqMhor We managed to upgrade from version 7.4 to 9.5 with relatively few issues. We thought we had successfully completed the upgrade, however we have noticed that emails were not being sent from the platform. Upon investigation, it has not been possible for the platform to retrieve the SMTP server information. 3 Replies and 2034 Views Host User Unable to Login after Update     2034 3 Started by Jim Anthony After a successful upgrade from 9.1.1 to 9.3.4, enroute to 9.6.2. Thie original host account (UserID = 1) that was used to build the site can no longer login. Other Superuser accounts can login.  When sending a reset password email, the account can reset the password and login, but after logging out, the account cannot login again.
