Maybe a skin issue - please try to use the default skin, if that works you should inspect the problems with the skin, could be some JS  or CSS conflict.

If not:

Did you upgrade directly, or did you follow the DNN Platform Suggested Upgrade Path? From 9.1 you should first upgrade to 9.3.2, then to 9.10.2 and then to 9.11.

Also double-check the DNN Platform Requirements - the ones for 9.4. should still be valid for 9.11.

You should also upgrade any extension you use, if there is an upgrade available.

And don't forget to unblock the ZIP files.

Happy DNNing!

I did it directly from 9.1 to 9.11, the local environment is working fine and the upgrade has done perfectly on it, but when I made the upgrade with live site the live site has damaged

I think this could be the problem. You should restore a backup and upgrade step by step.

Happy DNNing!

Congrats on posting!

Also, try this if it happens again:

  1. Using the file manager or FTP (depending on access), navigate to the following folder path:  /DesktopModules/Admin/Dnn.PersonaBar/Resources/.
  2. You should most likely see a single .resources file.  Delete it.  (Or save a renamed backup version of the file, if you want.)
  3. (Optional) Clear any server-level cache using your CDN/WAF, as necessary.
  4. Reload the website, using a hard refresh.
  5. The resources file should be regenerated and the persona bar should load again.

Just upgraded also. 9.10.6 - 9.11.0 and persona bar is gone. Suggested fix did not work.
