Can't upload to Global Assets

I have several sites with DNN 9.10.2 and Telerik components removed. I've just discovered that there is a "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: folder" error when trying to upload any file to Global Assets (only one developer accesses the files this way). Uploads to Site Assets work as expected. Upgrading to 9.11.0 does not fix this.

      Welcome to the community!  :)

I believe the issue you're running into is a known bug and is fixed in 9.11.01.  That version isn't released yet, but I think it's going to be released very soon.
