    Hello,

    I have installed DNN v 9.7. In default Xcillion, I'm trying to modify the homepage. In this theme, it looks like there is only one choice for homepage. How do I remove the boxes called Docs, Community, Code, etc?

    At the bottom of the page it says, DNN Commmunity Social Channels. I was able to edit this text but how do I edit the link attached to Twitter, Facebook and YouTube icons. How do I add/remove these icons?

      Those are modules.
      Login > Click the Edit pen at the bottom left (now you are in Edit mode) >  hover over the block you want to remove, black icons will appear at the right top > Click the Settings Icon of the module and choose "delete".

      FYI, contrary to many other CMS systems; in DNN there's mostly no content in a theme, the content is managed using modules you place on the page.

        Thank you. I deleted that module. How do I add it back. What is that module with block is called? What is the module with Scocial media icons is called?

        Is there a way to restore the Homepage with default modules?

          If you deleted the module, you will find it in DNN's Recycle Bin. You can restore it from there.

          The only way to restore the home page with all of the "default" modules would be if you had created a page template first. Without that, you could create another portal using the default theme, save a page template of the home page (Pages, select home page, Save as Template). Delete, remove, or rename the existing Home page. Create a new Home page using the saved Template. Finally, you'll need to make the page you created the Home page in Site Settings.
