We are currently on DNN 9.1.1. we have been testing the upgrade process and can get to 9.3.2 fine.

When we then try to go any further, the Persona Bar dissappears.

I have read there can be an issue with Newtonsoft.json.dll. We have version 12 in the bin folder and the binding is set in web.config. But still no joy.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Michael

Can you describe what happens when you try to upgrade past 9.3.2?

Are you aware that there a important breaking changes after 9.3.2 and you may have modules that need to be upgraded before the DNN installation is upgraded?

To which version are you trying to upgrade?

Read the release notes for 9.3.2 and later upgrades. That might provide some help.

Just found this in Console: http://test.eteacher.pro/...ttable?culture=en-GB 404 (Not Found). Not sure if that's it.

Upgrade went through no issue. No errors at all. Site loads fine on 9.4.1, just no Pesona Bar. The DNN logo is at the top, then the three icons underneath don't show.

            Ah ... is this a multi-language site?

Hopefully someone who knows about them will speak up.
