Are you using DNN Platform or Evoq?
Did you install an Azure folder provider?
DNN 9.3.1 is not the latest version. For security reasons, I suggest upgrading to DNN latest version (9.10.2 since today, see https://github.com/dnnsof...n.Platform/releases)

Im using Community Edition, with azure file share. I have installed the azure extension but is not configured, im using file share as UNC folder for my server.

          Paul,

it is propably because the application pool identity does not have the necessary permissions on the UNC share. It's better to configure the Azure extension.

          Happy DNNing!
