I did not touch the website for a year. There is an editor who updtes the website through CMS.
Line 107:
The wbsite is hosted at GoDaddy and DNN is DotNetNuke 7.0.6
Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:4.0.30319; ASP.NET Version:4.8.3928.0
Any ideas?
This could be due to a configuration change by Godaddy, but it's also possible that the site has been hacked as 07.00.06 is from 2013 I think and numerous security issues have been fixed since that. https://www.dnnsoftware.c...rity/security-center There was a very serious issue in one of the Telerik libraries for instance. I would make sure you get hold of as many backups as you can and when you get the site back up, make sure it gets upgrades ASAP. And when you don't have much of IIS / .NET experience, hire somebody to fix this for you.
How woudl i get the site back up again? It semes all files are stil lthere. I am sure there must be an easy fix. I think it got hacked too as i twas in the past. I had a backup of web.comnfig which helped back then.
My buddy has no money to pay anymbody and i asked him to set up backup. First thing i looked and there was no backup
Check if Godaddy has backups of your site and if they have restore an older version. If that works upgrade immediately to DNN 9.4.4 as that is latest greatest and most stable version ever :)
