Could not load type DotNetNuke.Services.ImprovementsProgram.IBeaconService

I have upgrade the DNN website from 9.2.2 to 9.7.20 without any errors after upgrading to 9.8.0 now I can't access the website this error shown in the URL https://www.dnndev.me/Def...3dnull%27.&content=0

Any help would be appreciate

AFAIK this feature has been removed in later versions.
I suggest to ignore and continue (directly) to latest version of DNN (9.10.2 atm)

Thank you for your response according to your comment I had updated the website to DNN 9.10.2 to the latest version  but the issue is still there 

System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Services.ImprovementsProgram.IBeaconService' from assembly 'DotNetNuke, Version=9.10.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.S

for more details, This error only occurred after login into the website, and without logging in, the website works fine.

Is there any reference to this assembly in the web.config? I would uggest to remove it (comment it, and if everything works fine delete it).
