Can't add new users with my SuperUser account

Hi Community,  I've a website with DNN version v. 09.13.00 (0); I'm trying to create new users internally using my super user account but I can't I get an error with an 'X' mark and no details. I checked the admin logs and I've nothing, no errors. ¿Any ideas on how can I resolve this

Private registration and notify email

Built in Search Does Nothing on a Clean Install

Has anyone here deployed a DNN (9.13.2) site where the built-in search literally appears to do nothing at all  No search.  No errors.  Nothing.  Type something in and nothing happens.  Not even an error in the console.  This brand-new site has nothing happening with that feature.

Persona Bar - No Icons

I cannot edit a fresh install of DNN 9.10.2 the persona bar is just a blank box. The following errors occur in developer tools of the browser the strange thing is the hosting company said they can see the bar, but I have tried it on different machines different networks and different operating systems and I cannot view the bar. Any suggestions welcome.

Azure - Multiple Instances

We have a site that is running 2 instances (scale out) within Azure web app, that when updating content isn't flowing through on the other instance. This occurs with new content/module, editing an existing module and adding a new pages. If you restart the application or change any of the cache settings it appears to flow through the new content, but then any updates after this are not.
