Controlled links from page to page

Started By  Deleted User
I am sure this is a behaviour settings challenge, not sure the best way  Trying to achieve: 1st time  - new user/member registers on the portal, gets their 'you are authorised' email and they log in for the first time.  This one time, how can I take them to specific page(s) (ideally without using a link in the 'you are authorised mailer'). This will be an introduction to using the services set up 2nd time - the new users logs on they go to the portal as normal. Any suggestions most...

Is there a simple way to hide a HTML module?

Started By  DNNDude
Hi Nukers, Using DNN 9.2.2 Is there a simple way to hide a HTML module  I just want to 'turn it off' for a period of time.  Hide it.  I don't want to adjust the security/permission settings, because I want to display it again soon. Is there a way to hide a module without changing all of the viewing permissions  I thought this was an option in previous version of DNN.

Hidden Login Page

Started By  Christopher Matz
I have a client who has access to a subdomain of ours.  She sent the following message: Our company is changing names so I wanted the site unavailable while I switched the information over. I disabled the login and put up a message about the site down time. I then did something that I now regret and didn’t completely think through. I made the login module invisible by removing the permissions for users. I was thinking I can still access it and change the permissions back as the master user un...

Inward email traffic to Portal

Started By  Deleted User
A portal can send out messages and notifications through the Portal email server.   Is there an integrated method to handle incoming emails to the host account  At the moment the email server blocks all incoming, it would be good for users to simply reply to any outward message.

Why are http-sitemap and https-sitemap different?

Started By  Sytske
I have a strange issue in one of the DNN-sites we are hosting. In Settings > SEO > Sitemap, the URL for the sitemap is a https-variant. But when i open this link (https://domain.nl/SiteMap.aspx) i only see an Empty tag When i change the request to http (http://domain.nl/SiteMap.aspx) I see the correct sitemap-xml: an url-set tag with a whole bunch of ur-tags included.  Why are these versions different How can i make sure that the content of the HTTP-version also displays in the ...
