Hi All,
I am new to DNN and have just installed DNN version 9.11.00 in my local. I have created a super user account (account created during installation of DNN).
After installation i have created some other users also with roles "Registered Users" and "Subscribers". These users were created by this "Super User" only. These users have been accepted as friend by "Super User Account" user.
Now when this Super User share some thing from "Activity Page" for "Every One/Friends" then this information is not getting visible on activity feed pages of other users who are friend to this "Super User". These other users have roles "Registered Users" and "Subscribers".
Please help me. I am not able to find any help regarding this so far.
Regards
Tarunjit Singh
Another thing to keep in mind is that superuser accounts have never been intended for daily use. They're simply too privileged, making daily use a security risk. As such, superuser accounts do not technically have a profile in DNN. For a lot of things you'll need to do, you may not notice any difference. However, it will be apparent far more often when using social features like this one.
A more true test of any social feature like this would be by using any other lower-privilege user account (admins and lower).
