Is there a site which has DNN Manuals - like version 9 for free.

The site is nice - but nothing like pdf versions in my documents folder.

DNN used to be on top of this - looks like they dropped the ball?

Nope, the market for Books has been in decline.
Current best resources would be https://dnndocs.com/ and https://dnncommunity.org/Resources/Videos.
If you need anything specific, I'd be happy to create a new video.
