Hello,

I am unable to see Edit button on HTML Modules. and in third party module while adding summary I am geeting following error.

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.CKEditor_GetEditorHostSettings'. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.CKEditor_GetEditorHostSettings'.

I am not sure if these two are related to each other.

Please help me to solve this.

Thank you,

Vedvati

You're an MVP!
Which version of DNN is this?
Is this new behavior in an existing site, or did this follow an upgrade?
Are there any errors in the Admin Log or in /portals/_default/logs?

Hello Sir,

Site is on version 9.3.2. Site was working fine and we were able to edit this.

The only change what we did is shift of site to new server.

Yesterday we restored database again from that moment we are able to add summary in third party module.

Now the only issue is we are not able to see edit and settings icon on modules.

Thank you,

Vedvati Athavale

Congrats on posting!

The icons don't look like a DNN 9.3.2. If any, they remind me of DotNetNuke 4.8 :-)

But if you reallt are on 9.3.2 something is not working right. This might be a custom theme that is not honouring the DNN structure or a custom/third party module that clashes. Maybe even blocking scripts.

Is there anything in the browser console?
