Recently several customers complaint they can't get DNN in the Edit mode.
When you click the pencil in the persona bar it doesn't get blue and you don't get in the edit mode at all.

In the log we see this error:

InnerMessage:

It's DNN 9.3.2.

Please help?

As it is described as a sudden change of behaviour, I would look at libraries that are injected. In the past jquery issues in themes happened but another example could be the swiper.js that was updated last week.

If you go to /admin and use the vanilla Xcillion theme, are you still not able to get the pencil blue?

Thanks Tycho... but still no edit mode...

Looks like it's blocked (404), maybe pupup blocker or anti-virus scanner...
