I am running on Windows 2019 DNN 9.1.1 when logged in I am getting this error on the module "There was an error reading the license file. Please contact your web administrator and request them to reset DNN Read/Write Permissions."

and none of the UI graphics display. see link

I have several DNN Instances running fine on the same server

I have replaced the iusrs with network service - Full control

the strange part is that the Person Bar is normal until you try to edit a page.

what could be causing this? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Franc,

are you talking about Evoq? In this case I would try to contact the support, you are paying for this.

In DNN Platform, there is no license file - could it be a third party extension? In this case you should contact the vendor.

Happy DNNing!

Did you try to reset the NTFS rights using the advanced button in the folder's security tab (the windows security that is) ?

FYI, for your NTFS rights it would be better to use the AppPool user, instead of "network service" .

You did it. Thanks that was great.
