Persona Bar Intermittently Empty

The persona bar on our site is intermittently disappearing and a 500 error is showing for /DesktopModules/admin/Dnn.PersonaBar/index.html.  This definitely happens every time that the cache is manually cleared int he server section.  It is also happening other times when updating content and doing other things as an admin on the site.  The person bar disappears for anywhere between 1 and 9 minutes but eventually comes back.  The site is running 9.12.0.  We did go through a downgrade from DNN Evoq to DNN Community about a year ago.  We believe that the issue was occurring before that downgrade, but it is more prevelant now.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is making content updates very time consuming.

This sounds like something may have been missed with the Evoq to DNN Platform migration. You may benefit from upgrading and/or performing a very detailed diff/compare to a clean instance of the same DNN Platform version.
