The site assets > files screen is so awkward to use when looking for files.  The big clunky tiles only show part of the file name, and because they are so big, having lots of file makes finding a file even more clunky.  Is there a setting to change the file view to just a regular file listing?

Background: the Ressource Manager module has been provided recently to the Community team maintaining DNN Platform. Our volunteers are aware of missing features, but it is a challenge for our small team.

Thanks for the info and link. Didn't realize that there was already a lot of discussion and similar comments around this. First time I saw it since I upgraded and was a bit surprised by it. Hopefully it gets replaced soon by something simple. The tile concept is just wrong for file management. A simple treeview/list aka. Windows explorer is all that is required and what everyone is used to. Thanks again.
