I have installed the latest DNN Platform 9.6.2 on my computer some time ago. Today I login the portal withe the host user. But I lost the administration menu from the personal bar.and when I enter the url /admin, It looks like following. What is wrong with the super user? There is no other user in the portal.

      What does Chrome inspector say?
It might be a skin issue. What are you using? Porto?

after some research I found the error. The problem is that I upgraded the lib System.Net.Http.Formatting.dll from version 5.23 to version 5.27, which is referenced by another module.
If I replace the DLL file with version 5.23 then everything is OK on the personal bar, but my module doesn't work any more.
