What are "Malformed Resource Files"? Started By Michael Tobisch Hi all, when using the Language File Verifier, I get a list of 73 'Malformed Resource Files', that are all not from the translated language (in English there are 154 of this). Here is a screenshot (fresh installation of DNN 09.08.00-RC1, but this happened in earlier versions as well). The XML structure of these files is OK, I can open them using an XML Editor without any errors. I just want to understand what this means, and if it's safe to delete these files (I don't think so). New page not multilanguage Started By willem We upgraded most of our website to DNN 9.6.2. and I noticed a multilanguage issue. We have a website in 2 languages: NL-NL (site default) and En-US Normally when you add a new page the page is added in both languages but now it's only added in the default language NL. Where to translate "Close" and "Duplicate"? Started By Michael Tobisch When editing a page, there is a 'Close' button (to close the edit mode) on the right side of the bottom bar. When I want to duplicate a page, there is the 'Duplicate' option in the context menu of the page. I have not found the place (resx file) where to translate these. Happy DNNing! Make Language choice persistant? Started By Timo Breumelhof. AFAIK the cookie to store a users language choice is a Session cookie. Who can edit the it-IT language pack? Started By Deleted User The it-IT language pack is lacking some love. The latest version is for DNN 9.2.0 and needs updating. Are there it speaking people around who are willing to do some work here Corrections can be small (5 minutes work) or you can spend some more time to tackle bigger chunks. Search Error in other languages Started By Leo Hello, I have a question for Search. When I type some text, for example , type 'Support' in Search in EN then pop up result with text below: 'Our Technical Support Team is always ready to assist you and to answer any technical questions relat... New nl-NL Language Pack for DNN961 Started By Deleted User With the help of several people, we have created an updated https://github.com/dnnsof.../releases/tag/v9.6.1 and install it via de the normal Host/Extensions/Install new extensions way. More updates are in the work. We have defined a set of common terms and are changing the U/Uw into Jij/Jouw for more familiar language. Login text language Started By uniopp I am using DNN 9.5. I have managed to find the Logout text and also ALL the text on the actual login page but cannot locate where the Login link in the top right of the page is actually being translated. The Logout text (top right hand corner) is being translated in the \Admin\Skins\App_LocalResources\Login.ascx and I would have thought the Login should be done there but it's not.
