    Hello,
upgrading from 09.11.00 to 09.11.02 I ran in this error:

    [ERROR] DotNetNuke.Services.Install.UpgradeWizard - Microsoft.CSharp.RuntimeBinder.RuntimeBinderException: 'Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.JObject' does not contain a definition for 'secret'
       at CallSite.Target(Closure , CallSite , Object )
       at System.Dynamic.UpdateDelegates.UpdateAndExecute1[T0,TRet](CallSite site, T0 arg0)
       at DotNetNuke.Services.Install.UpgradeWizard.TelerikAntiForgeryTokenIsValid(Dictionary`2 accountInfo) in D:\a\1\s\DNN Platform\Website\Install\UpgradeWizard.aspx.cs:line 541

    Any help would be appreciated!

I've removed the Telerik's assembly from bin:
      - Telerik.Web.UI.dll
      - Telerik.Web.UI.Skins.dll

      And the upgrader now report:

      Ready for Future Upgrades

We have confirmed that you have removed Telerik, which makes your site ready for DNN 10.0.0.

But the problem is still present. :-\

That appears to be a very unique error message. I've never seen this one before.

If you have any third-party extensions, I'd suggest maybe trying to upgrade all of them first. Then, if you have any custom extensions, build them against the current version you're on and test them. If all is well, you can upgrade them first, as well.

Once you do those things, then attempt the upgrade again and see what happens.

I have seen similar issues (no this exact one) , but only in combination with third party modules (in my case DNN Sharp)

I've found some old third party modules.
            Thanks all

Thanks for letting us know the solution.  Were they just modules that needed to be upgraded, or was it more involved than that?
