Hi,
I have set up the smtp details successfully (Settings --> Servers --> Server Settings --> SMTP Server) and sent a text email using the button 'Test SMTP Settings'
However when I do a password reset from the login popup it says it has been sent successfully but the website doesn't even hit the SMTP server.
Tried using the user email as the username but that fails as expected.
Any ideas?

You didn't by any chance set a portal specific smtp server? What I mostly do if I have email issues is to use a dropfolder for the email to make sure DNN sends the email and it's not some kind of connection issue: https://www.40fingers.net...elopment-environment
