When creating a new site in version 09.03.02 (24), I get the below error.  There are 2 existing sites on this portal already so I'm not sure what could have changed. Hoping its got a quick fix.

Can you create a new portal using either of the DNN templates?

No I can't. Another oddity is when I create a new page (tab), I have to manually got to the tabs table in the database and change the published column from false to true.

          Is this Evoq?

          Any javascript errors?

FWIW I haven't run into these errors.  You might want to create a clean install of DNN 9.3.2 for testing purposes and see if this error is present there.

has there been a database restore from a previous version after an upgrade?
The stored procedure should be in the database (it has been added in DNN 4.4.0 and not been modified since).
