    Hi,

My skin places the menu pushed to the right hand side of the page.  Level 1 drop downs are fine.  When submenus (level 2) pop-up they can disappear off the right hand side of the screen.

How can I adjust ths behaviour so that a submenu that would overflow the visible portion of the screen pops up to the left of its parent?

    Thanks,
    Richard

The short answer is that it's a most likely a CSS issue.

Turns out that DDRMenu, isn't really responsible. The 'user defined' template that DDRMenu processes generates some HTML markup. That markup plus the (also 'user supplied') CSS creates the menu appearance and behaviour.

So the solution lies in the template/CSS combination.

In my case the template generates markup for a Bootstrap navbar. I spent a while yesterday in various Bootstrap tutorials and documentation. Based on the docs, adding the class dropleft at the right place in the markup should make the submenus appear on the left of their parent. I could not make that work. It may well be that I don't understand the Bootstrap docs well enough.

Anyhow. Smuggling in a CSS override to remove left:100% and replace with right:100%, did the trick for positioning the submenus. Some Bootstrap provided class (I think the dropleft - from memory) made the menu place the little arrow glyphs on the left instead of the right.
        Thanks,
        Richard
