About 600 active portals on the website, and after upgrade to DNN 9.10.2 the CKEditor replace the old editor and all class & id is being remove when user try to update content.

Have set AllowedContent=true and other editor settings for single portal is working.
But when try to show Settings for all portals (Uncheck "This Site Only") it took so long to load it, and when trying to save it also took so long and make site return 504.

About 211 settings rows added to CKE_Settings table for single portal.

Is there a better way to set default CKEditors settings for all portals at once, instead of doing it manually?

Notes: The portal number will keep increase in future.

      Found it.
      I forgot that there's a Dnn.CKEditorDefaultSettings.xml on _default folder.
