Hi,

on my local computer I recently upgraded DNN site to version 9.11.0. .NET Framework installed is 4.8.

As my server has .NET Framework 4.7.2. installed, I would just want to know if DNN version 9.11.0 should work with this framework with no problems?

Find the requirements here: DNN Platform Requirements -- DNN Docs (dnncommunity.org)

This is refering to DNN 9.4.0, but I think it is still valid. Anyway, if you run into problems it is no problem to install .Net 4.8 after you upgraded. Or upgrade .Net before, there is no reason not to do it.

Happy DNNing!

You should upgrade your server(s)/environment(s) to .NET 4.8 anywhere. If you have anything that runs a lower version of .NET, you'll still be covered. If something needs something higher (such as with an upgrade), you'll be covered. And you'll also be covered by all relevant Windows Updates as well.

Win-win-win! :)
