    If I try to login at dnnsoftware.com, I get the following message "Login Failed. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive.".

    The "old" link to www.databasemart.com to clear DotNetNuke_Event_Logs is no longer active. On the "new" page of www.dnnsoftware.com the old Login doesn't work. My attempt to reset the password failed. I did not get an e-mail with a link to set the new password (like announced).


    How can I get out of this deadlock?

      Actually, there's no direct relation between that site and this site (from a responsibility perspective).
      I just tried the password reset and it also does not work for me.
      But what were you looking for? I don't understand the relationship with www.databasemart.com to be honest..

        Thank you for your kind and quick reply. Your question lead me the way to solve the problem. Thank you very much!
        To be honest:
        The no longer active link to www.databasemart.com was only a source for information about the working steps to clear the log file. But stupidly I confounded two links: the link to of information about handling the clearing and the link for login to the database. I lost my "clear view" when I read the refuse of my password. As I mentioned: stupid.
        Once again many thanks for your helpful question, that showed me the way.
